Returns
We currently do not offer returns for refunds to the original payment method.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a store gift card for the value of the product, which can be used on any future purchase on our website.
Gift Card Instead of Refund
- The gift card will be issued once the item is received and passes quality inspection.
- It will be sent to your registered email id.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Size Exchanges
We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky, so we offer exchanges for size only.
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a gift card will be issued instead.
Non-Eligible Items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage (not caused during shipping) will not qualify for exchange or gift card.
